Thomas Sabo Evil Eye & Hamsa + R4900 GIVEAWAY!

I have always had some sort of Evil Eye/turquoise stone or Hamsa in my life since I was a baby this forms part of Jewish culture and is said to ward off any evil and be used as protection. Nowadays not much has changed I still wear some sort of eye or Hamsa, in fact I have a Hamsa tattoo on my calf – forever warding off all the evils! When it comes to jewellery I’ve upgraded to more fashionable and quality pieces as the years have gone by, because I never take it off, it’s always important that it is good quality and made out of at least sterling silver or it will go green on me within the hour! My latest Evil Eye and Hamsa pieces are part of the new Thomas Sabo Glam & Soul range, and I am just totally obsessed!

The Thomas Sabo Glam & Soul range is just that, glamorous yet soulful – pieces that are beautiful but have meaning much like the two bracelets I have, both are made of sterling silver and have diamond accents sparkling to create magical light gleaming off the centers.

The Hamsa / Hand of Fatima is much like the Evil Eye in that it is said to be a protective symbol as mentioned I have this symbol tattooed on my calf and I think it’s probably one of my favourite tattoos I have. My Thomas Sabo Hamsa bracelet is made out of sterling silver and 18k gold plated with white diamonds in the center. I love that it is so delicate with its intricate filigree design and of course because it is made of real metal I don’t have to worry that it will go green so I can wear it all day every day!

The Evil Eye bracelet is also sterling silver and also has diamonds in the center, what is so awesome about these bracelets is that the length is completely customizable as it has 12 links that you can clip the clasp onto which makes the bracelets the perfect size for your wrist. The attention to detail with Thomas Sabo is impeccable for example clipped onto the last link is a small round disk with one diamond which glimmers as it hangs off the wrist. The detail even goes down to their packaging, gorgeous matte black leather boxes that ooze luxury – I told Mandla they remind me of scenes from a movie where the man gives a lady a necklace in a fancy box!

I have been loving wearing both bracelets together I’m all about wearing silver and gold together! I have been pairing the two bracelets with one of my Classic Petite Daniel Wellington watches for extra added arm candy.

Now onto some fun news – I have two gorgeous Thomas Sabo pieces from the Glam and Soul range to giveaway valued at R4,900. First of we have the Love Bridge bracelet which is actually two bracelets in one, a stunning freshwater pearl string as well as a sterling silver engravable bridge. Secondly this sterling silver filigree cut-out heart pendant with three diamonds within the lotus flower center on a gorgeous sterling silver chain.
