Clinique Chubby Plump & Gloss

Introducing the latest addition to the Clinique Chubby family – Plump & Shine Liquid Gloss. As with all of the Clinique Chubby variations this is allergy tested, fragrance free and amazingly moisturizing.

The idea behind the Plump & Shine Liquid Gloss is that it has a light-reflecting and high-shine gloss formula which gives the illusion that your lips are bigger than they are. This is different to any other plumping gloss that I have ever tried, they usually make the lips feel tingly and strange these Clinique Plump & Shine glosses don’t do this at all infact they feel really comfortable on the lips, aren’t sticky, clumpy or heavy on the lips – it’s easy to forget you’re even wearing them!

My favourite part of the Clinique Chubby family is how easy they are to apply and go, they give the lips a wash of colour, match most make up looks and are really the perfect handbag companion. The other awesome thing about the Clinique Chubby family is that all the shades match all skin tones, even the nude shades work I think this is because of the formula being sheer with a hint of colour as opposed to being overly opaque or chalky.

These Chubby Glosses look almost the same as the other variations in the chubby family however these have a twist at the bottom thats how the product is released to the tip that is shaped almost like a lipstick bullet for easy gliding on the lips. The applicator is made out of plastic and doesn’t feature a spongey tip, if I could change one thing this would be it.

There are 8 shades available from Clinique – Pink & Plenty, Jumbo Jem, Normous Nude, Portly Peach, Powerhouse Punch, , Golliath Grape, Va Va Violet and Super Scarlet

My favoruites have to be the nudes, Normous Nude, Pink & Plenty and Jumbo Jem. All three have a flecks of silver fine glitter almost and are such easy shades *hides* all three stay in my handbag everyday! What are the lip products that roam around the bottom of your handbag?
