I was lucky to be sent both of the CC cream and photo finish primer from Beauty Bulletin to try out and give a little review on.

1) primer & 2) CC cream in light

1) Photo Finish Primer $36 // R360

This is an oil free primer you need a tiny bit for your entire face. Once it has been rubbed into your face it leaves the most silkiest feel it’s almost as if your foundation will be thanking you for making it’s life easier by applying this first. I have heard that this is very similar to the benefit pore-fesional – I have never tried it so let me know if you have and if it is a good dupe. I must say I really enjoy this product it makes my foundation stay put all day especially in my terrible t-zone.

2) Photo Ready CC cream $42 // R420

CC cream low down – corrective cream – yes it is that simple, basically over time this is supposed to help with dark spots from acne or scaring, every time I read something like that I immediately want to emerge by entire chin into it. I suffer with bad pigmentation on my chin so any product that claims that it will help is already my friend. This offers a very sheer coverage that can be built up but that isn’t the point. What I really enjoy about this product is that it has an SPF 30 in it and can be used as a primer, let me unpack why I love this concept. I AM L A Z Y,  yea I said it when it comes to suncream, moisturisers I am the worst mainly because if you use these before foundation you really have to wait for them to dry and sink into your face.. lets be honest ain’t nobody got time for that.. so this product really closes the gap for me as its a 3-in-1 suncream, a correcting cream and a primer.

Have you tried any smash box products? if so what are your thoughts?

Thank you Beauty Bulletin for sending these to me.
