Benefit Porefessional – worth the hype!

If any of you read my post about Maybelline baby skin not being worth the hype, you’d know I’d be very sceptical about the Porefessional as baby skin meant to be a dupe for the Benefit Porefessional. When I got this cute little sample I knew I’d have to give it a try and see if it is a dupe or worth the hype.

I’m going to start right off the bat and say baby skin is most definitely not a dupe for porefessional in more ways then one. Firstly porefessional is not as silcone based and has a more matte finish on the skin. The formula also has a tint (this doesn’t translate onto the skin):

AFTER:

As you can see in the above before and after pictures there is a huge difference in the shininess of my skin as well as the smoothing of my pores. With my T-zone being quite oily and visible pores on my nose it is easy after one or two uses of a primer to know if its a winner or not, porefessional is definitely a winner the proof is in the above pictures; if the results are so clear on clean skin with no make up on it proves just how amazing this product is. It creates a smooth surface on the skin which makes foundation application flawless and most importantly keeps the oil away to ensure your make up is not moving all day!

Although this was a dinky little tester (3.0 ml) it did last me a good 7 uses as I found a little goes a long way, which also means its great value for money! If you want to test out Benefit Porefessional without spluging on the large tube, Redsquare sell a 7.5ml for R165 view here the full version is R445 view here Have you tried benefit Porefessional?
